I’m Pammie McQuesten, BSN, RN, NC-BC, founder of My Bodi My Home and creator of the S.O.U.L. Method™. After over 30 years working in healthcare, specializing in ICU and trauma ER nursing, I came to understand that true healing doesn’t happen inside a hospital room — it happens when we honor the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Our medical system was never meant to replace that design; it’s meant to support and enhance the body’s natural healing processes.
The problem is, most people don’t get that support. Patients often don’t know what to ask, and providers don’t have the time to dive deep into history, stress patterns, and lifestyle factors. That gap is where I do my most important work. I help people understand what their bodies are trying to communicate, how to advocate for themselves, and how to partner with their doctors so they receive the care and answers they deserve.
Through my signature S.O.U.L. Reset™ program, I combine compassionate coaching with practical lifestyle guidance, nervous system regulation, and spiritual integration. My mission is twofold: to help people thrive outside the healthcare system by building strong, resilient foundations of health — and to empower them with the knowledge, language, and confidence to navigate the medical world effectively when they need it.
Your body isn’t broken — it’s protecting you. When your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight, your hormones shift into chaos: cortisol spikes, estrogen and progesterone fall out of sync, digestion slows, sleep suffers, and your body gets the message that it’s not safe to heal. That’s why symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, belly weight, irregular cycles, low libido, and burnout persist, even when you’re “doing everything right.”

I believe that when you understand how your body truly works — and how to work with it instead of against it — you unlock its natural ability to heal. My role is to walk beside you through that process. I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way: helping you communicate your symptoms and concerns clearly with your healthcare providers, shifting limiting beliefs about what’s possible for your health, and reducing the frustration and overwhelm that come from not getting answers — or from trying to figure it all out alone on the internet. Together, we’ll cut through the noise and focus on what’s truly important for you to regain control of your health.
