Pammie McQuesten
For over 30 years, Pammie dedicated her life to healthcare, working in the ICU and Emergency Room—witnessing both the fragility and resilience of the human body. Yet, while caring for others, she overlooked her own warning signs. Like many, she carried past trauma, believing she had moved on, until an autoimmune disease forced her to look deeper.
It wasn’t until she traced her illness back to unresolved trauma that she discovered the profound link between the nervous system, stress, and chronic illness. This realization led her on a transformative journey of faith, forgiveness, and healing.
Now, as a Certified Wellness Consultant, Pammie helps others break free from their past, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim their health. Her mission is to guide people toward true healing—not just to feel better, but to age gracefully, live vibrantly, and thrive.

"Pammie’s story in Can We Send Her Back? is a profound testament to the resilience of the human spirit. From the depths of childhood rejection to the heights of self-discovery and faith, she reveals how early wounds shape our self-worth, our relationships, and even our physical health As a fascia expert, I see firsthand how the body holds onto emotional pain— how unresolved trauma becomes woven into our tissue, manifesting as chronic pain and tension at a cellular level. Pammie’s journey is a striking example of how deeply the mind and body are connected.
What makes her story so powerful is not just the pain she endured, but the transformation she embraced. Instead of allowing past wounds to define her, she chooses faith over fear, healing over hurt, and love over self-doubt. She has broken generational cycles, proving that our past does not dictate our future— that we all have the power to rewrite our story.
Her words don't just inspire; they invite. They invite us to recognize our own worth, to let go of what no longer serves us, and to step fully into the life we were meant to live. Pammie’s story is more than one of survival— it's one of redemption, unwavering faith, and the profound truth that healing is possible for all of us."

"T.H.I.S! Pammie McQuesten’s chapter is very well written. Once I started reading, I was unable to put it down. It was THAT good. Her chapter focuses on physical and mental wellbeing linking in spiritual development. She did not hold back – she tells of her own lifelong personal struggles and how she was able to overcome these obstacles to get to where she is today. She truly is resilient. This chapter is an invaluable resource for anyone looking to take control of their health naturally. This is a 5-star chapter. If I could rate it with 10 stars, I would! I look forward to reading the book in its entirety."

“Reading Can We Send Her Back is an emotional and deeply moving experience. This chapter, in particular, resonated with me in a profound way. In it, the author shares a powerful journey of faith, healing, and self-worth. One passage especially stood out:
“Through my faith, I began to heal. I came to understand that my worth wasn’t defined by my parents’ treatment of me or the words that had been spoken over my life. I was created with purpose. I was loved by God. The rejection I had carried for so long did not have to define me.”
These words capture the heart of the chapter—a story of transformation through faith, breaking free from the pain of the past, and embracing the truth of one’s own value. The author’s vulnerability and honesty make this chapter a compelling testament to the resilience of the human spirit.
This chapter is not just a personal narrative; it’s an encouragement to anyone who has ever felt unworthy or cast aside. It reminds us that healing is possible, that faith can be a source of strength, and that our worth is not determined by the hardships we have endured.
I highly recommend this chapter and the book as a whole to anyone seeking a story of redemption, courage, and hope.”
